

Just had a really nice workout this morning :) 2 mile warmup, 10 hill intervals, followed by a 1 mile cool down :) the hill intervals were very different than usual, I did:
2x medium effort
2x backwards (kills your quads)
2x sideways hopping up the hill (one on each side)
2x toe flicks up the hill
2x hard effort
So I was able to work a lot of different muscles while getting in some hill intervals :) When I got back to the park I did 8 minute abs :D and when I got home I foam rolled (as you can see) for 10 minutes and now I’m going to make some breakfast and ice my legs :) I LOVE RUNNING :D
